Tends to dress for comfort over fashion. She's sitting at a desk all day or researching/reading old records. There's no point in dressing up if that's the case. She can clean up well but doesn't often. Usually she's found in jeans and any sort of jumper she can find that is clean with her hair pulled back into a pony tail.

- Always willing to listen to people if they need to talk about something if they understand she has a limit on how much she can be around people just yapping on at her. Don't interrupt her working or reading, that will just annoy her.
- She will go out of her way to make sure there is food around for people to snack on - not a great cook though, will usually buy things.
- Did her PhD on how society changed for women between the First and Second World Wars

Jane and Stephen Richmonds were historical researchers who met while studying at University. They immediatley clicked and within five years were married. Felicity Richmonds was born on March 22 1990 as their first child. Jane and Stephen spent their time encouraging her to read and ask questions. It helped that she was a curious child which they encouraged her to be. She wasn't the most out going of children, very much an introvert, preferring time with a book than with a large group of people but she did have friends who she adored. Despite that, she was always more than willing to look out for her younger siblings even if they were a lot more outgoing than she was at times. She was their big sister and therefore it was her duty to make sure they were okay.
Some of her earliest memories involve her accompanying her parents to their work and sitting in lectures about a wide range of historical topics. It isn't surprising therefore that she picked up their love of history, herself.
Flick did well at school and was happy with her life. She always knew she wanted to follow her parents into history but she didn't know how.
It wasn't until she was doing her Masters that she met [insert name] who was one of her lecturers. At the time she didn't know they had a sibling who worked for TEA - didn't even know of TEA because of the secrecy surrounding it - but they started to feel her out at the suggestion of their own sibling. [Name] didn't really know what he was recommending her for but had been asked by their sibling over the years to keep an eye out for people who he thought would fit a certain profile for a potential job. [Name] knew it was for wherever their sibling worked but nothing more than that. He trusted their sibling though so he did it without quesiton. It was just after that she finished her Masters that she met her lecturer's sibling for a potential job after she finished her Doctorate though it wasn't until after she completed her PhD that she found out exactly what it was.
After many discussions including with her parents, she finally decided to move to England to work for the "Woldmere Heritage Research Estate". It was a job of a life time and something she was looking forward too.
It was there that she would meet Matthew Hawkins, a year older than herself and another intern though training to be a Time Wrangler instead of a Preservationist like she wanted to be. It was her first and last serious relationship. The two of them married after three years and life was good for them.
That was until he didn't return from a mission.
She doesn't know what happened, not exactly and a part of her doesn't want to know, but he was injured and despite all the advanced technology they have access too TEA was unable to save his life. It hurt and she retreated into herself more than she already was in an effort to protect her emotions. If it wasn't for Raj and her other friends she probably would still be struggling a lot.
She doesn't talk about that time much, preferring to focus on the here and now (quite an ironic statement for someone who works for a time travelling agency) and not the past but she's moving on and while she might work harder at her job than she used to, she's in a lot better place than she was.
